the Ramones). Music from the catholic school, not the parochial. Gushes
and rants, stark realism and surrealism, dangerous audio stunts,
irritainment, and bad puns. Faint echoes of H.L. Mencken, Coyle &
Sharpe, Jorge Luis Borges, Thurgood Marshall, Ron Rosenbaum, Jean
Shepard, Lester Bangs, Kim Philby, J.D. Salinger, Bob Lassiter, Carl
Reiner, and Eugene V. Debs. It's always something. If it's not one
thing, it's another.
